| We hope you had a great new years! Our volunteers and staff were busy the last few weeks leading up to Christmas. We saw so much generosity and support from individuals, community groups, and local businesses! The Burnaby Christmas Bureau supported 873 families (with 1803 children 16 years and under), 250 seniors, and 650 at-risk individuals. And with the generous contribution of our community, we raised over over $23,000 from the Lights On Campaign- which will go towards our most underfunded programs, namely Food Hubs, Community Engagement Programs, and Welcoming Place.
Our programs are now back in full swing after the holidays, so let's see what's happening this month!
