| No Class 8/5 + 8/12 I am leaving this week to dance and teach Nidra in Berkeley. Next week I am needed at a work training. Weekly class resumes 8/19. I recently purchased more blocks for this class and I am excited to use my new set of brass singing bowls during savasana.

The Sonic Dream Yoga Nidra + Soundbath house party sessions with Shemaia Skywater and special guests in Bayside recently have been most auspicious legendary happenings. Although we have no dates currently locked in this collaboration is active, ongoing, and fully inspired. Expect more dates soon. |

Both of my ideas to start Nidra classes this summer have fallen through. As a teacher finding time and space for Nidra offerings is my top priority moving forward.
