This year, AIS once again demonstrated its strong tradition of excellence in mathematics by participating in the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC), the largest maths competition in the country. Over the years, AIS students have consistently achieved outstanding results, and 2024 was no exception.
We are delighted to announce that 92% of our students received a certificate of award in this year’s competition, reflecting the high calibre of mathematical ability at AIS. This accomplishment highlights our students' dedication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
A special mention goes to Yao Hua from Middle Years, who received a Certificate of High Distinction, placing in the top 3% of participants in the Intermediate division. This is an exceptional achievement, and we are incredibly proud of Yao Hua’s hard work and success.
