We have beautiful new energies flooding the field - it is between you and Source / Creator how you intend to manage and apply this gift. Many people are achieving success through meditation in its various forms. Just monitoring our thoughts all day long is a huge helper - jumping in and changing thoughts / attitudes where necessary (this easily becomes a self-supporting practice). Consciously stay positive, even through difficult times, with people you love, beautiful music, quiet time, laughing - even if it is forced initially in itself is funny!, grounding.
