We had the trip of a lifetime to the coast of the Puntarenas province in Costa Rica. We swam every day and truly enjoyed the warm Central Pacific waters, the natural splendor, the colorful locals, and all the coconuts.

It is with many different emotions I announce that



Effective immediately I am ending my teaching relationship with Om Shala Yoga.



I started this class almost 3 years ago when much of the things I like to do were very much taboo. But now I cannot continue to teach there with good conscience. There are many reasons, most of which center around the current owner Shawn, whom I do not want to be associated with at all.



To all the amazing yogis who came to that class and made it so special:

Class Restructure

As stated last email, this year I will be transitioning from a weekly drop in all levels format to a multi-session cohesive and cumulative format. Expect weekly classes in 4-8 week units. For my teaching to evolve and develop I find this necessary. I am ready to actualize this long held dream. Details to come later.
