I have returned to teaching from my solstice break. Classes are happening Saturdays at Om Shala and Mondays at the Arcata Presbyterian Church.

I am very excited to be headed to Costa Rica for the first time. I will be spending 2 weeks on the South Pacific coast including one week with my whole family. I love swimming and drinking coconuts and look forward to the feeling of being warm/hot. I will be leaving Humboldt the 17th of February and returning the 4th of March. My Monday class will be suspended and my Saturday class will probably have subs.

Class Restructure

This year I will be transitioning from a weekly drop in all levels format to a multi-session cohesive and cumulative format. Expect weekly classes in 4-8 week units. For my teaching to evolve and develop I find this necessary. I am ready to actualize this long held dream. Details to come later.

I am asking for help with outreach. This is an area I have struggled with. If I am able to stabilize class sizes and/or find new groups to teach I would be able to have more consistent offerings. I have some time to put to this project but not enough. I have money to pay, I can offer trade, and I am open to other profit sharing ideas.
