| FINA Finals Registration (Having some trouble? Read on!) |
|
No Ninja competition is without its hiccups, and our Finals Registration has been no exception! The joint Obstacle Sports Expo ticketing platform is having some difficulty linking our uploaded FINA athletes with the correct athlete profiles so our ninjas can register for the Round of Champions. We've worked tirelessly with the ticketing platform to correct the issues, and there are only a few isolated outliers we're still dealing with. Athletes who qualify at a FINA Sectional will be loaded into the joint ticketing platform each Monday evening by 8:00pm EST. ALMOST ALL of our athletes can register normally on the joint ticketing platform. If this is you, great! Access to all the event registrations and spectator tickets at the Expo will be on this same platform. Feel free to register for any and all events for which you or your athlete has qualified.
If you cannot register, or receive the "ineligible" message, please do the following:
- Go to FINA.ninja and click on WCV / Finals. Confirm that your athlete is on the "Qualified for Finals" lists.
- If you do not see your athlete's name on the Qualified list and you feel that is an error, please contact [email protected].
- Please check your email to see if there is a message from FINA regarding a possible incorrect athlete birthdate. We need accurate birthdate information from each athlete to link them to their ticketing profile in NinjaMaster.
- If you have done all of the above and still cannot register, email [email protected]. We can manually push through individual registrations for athletes who cannot be linked any other way on the ticketing platform.
