A 50 minute concert by Northwick Baroque. This is the third in a series of FREE lunchtime concerts at St Mary's on the first Wednesday of the month from April to October.
Why not grab your lunch on the High Street (Truffles do a £7 deli special) and come along to eat it at the concert. These are informal events with cafe table or more formal seating. Retiring collection. Come early to eat lunch if you like. |

Change, Chaos, and the Way Everything We Do Matters ‘Fluke’ explores the phenomenon of randomness. The bewildering truth is that but for a few incidental changes, our lives - and our societies - would be radically different.
Brian grew up in Minnesota, earned his PhD at Oxford, and is now a professor of global politics at University College London. His articles have appeared in The New York Times, The Financial Times, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, the Los Angeles Times, and the Guardian. He appears regularly on BBC, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, and other outlets. Brian will also be presenting ‘Fluke’ at the Cheltenham Science Festival 2024. Brian’s previous books include ‘The Despot’s Apprentice: Donald Trump’s Attack on Democracy’ published in 2017. |

The celebrations continues out on The Prospect with a lighting of the beacon at 9.15 pm, then Great British fish & chips at The Royal Hotel (please prebook that direct). This is a FREE event. |

Ross Choral Society is excited to announce a Come and Sing event at St Mary's, Church. We will be rehearsing and performing many of the choruses from Mendelssohn's glorious work, 'Elijah'. We are keen for you to join us for this event, and possibly the Choral Society too as we will be performing the whole work in May 2025.

The Quiz will include questions both easy and tricky! Something for everyone. Two rounds of questions, with pudding available at half time. There will be a winners prize of course!

Carducci and Hereford Cathedral School in Concert – Music in Quiet Places (Herefordshire Historic Churches Trust) brings the return of the Carducci Quartet in collaboration with musicians from Hereford Cathedral School in an exciting and eclectic selection of music.
We are most grateful to HHCT for a recent grant of £5000 for the enlargement and improvement of the nave platform in St Mary's. |

Octavo was formed in 2013. A bunch of like-minded souls, whose paths had crossed over a number of years in London, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire vocal circles, decided that they needed an outlet for their enthusiasm that comprised smaller forces.
