| KEYNOTES TO KEEP YOU CAPTIVATED SAGA 2024 will feature keynote speakers across the geophysics spectrum, providing delegates with critical insights for the era ahead. This week we place the spotlight on two of our keynotes:
| |
| “I will present some new results on how to process full tensor magnetic (FTMG) data, with some real data examples from Canada.” |
| |
| “The search for economically and environmentally extractible critical mineral deposits for the future global energy transition will require new and innovative geophysical technology, to search deeper in the earth with increased resolution and discrimination. Key among the advanced technologies for this task, particularly for nickel, cobalt and copper, is electromagnetics and especially transient EM. During my career, TEM has grown from zero to the principal method of deep exploration for highly conductive orebodies, and it must continue to advance in the years ahead. I am sure it will.” |
