Autumn Litter Pick and Stream Clean 2023

Image description

This October’s community clean-up was attended by 32 participants supported by the TVBC team.

As Roz Fresson was away on holiday, Ian Tripp kindly took over the operation for the day with the help of Susan Tripp and Viv Messenger.

The weather was kind to the group and people went out to cover the areas they felt were in most need of the removal of litter.

The Middle Bridge Street group, led by Kate Allen worked on the section of the river on that road, while others cleared the grounds around the Rapids and the Barge Canal Path.

As usual, coffee was provided by the Parisienne.

Many thanks to our members and friends who helped on the day and to the TVBC team and the Parisienne for supporting us.

Please keep an eye out for the date for the Spring 2024 Clean up. It will be in the Newsletter and on the Web site.
