| Section G14 Training Interest Survey |

The section is hosting a training event in for the lodges in 2024. In order to best identify subjects for trainings, we ask that all arrowmen fill out the Training Interest Survey. We want to hear from the arrowmen in the lodges we serve, so please take some time to fill it out. |

| The National Order of the Arrow Conference is excited to announce the launch the Trailblazer scholarship program. The Trailblazer scholarship helps to send arrowmen to NOAC in a lodge contingent or as staff, with applications closing on January 31, 2024. If you are able, you can donate to the scholarship as well. |

| The December Leadership Spotlight is Evan Rubel from Tukarica Lodge. Evan serves as their lodge's Vice Chief of Ceremonies. In this position, he has spearheaded the creation and organization of a functional ceremonies team. |

| Have you ever been to a National Leadership Seminar (NLS)? The Gateway Region will be will be hosting one in Tacoma Washington on the weekend of April 19-21, 2024. The NLS is a weekend training program focusing on leadership development. |
