So much happened these past few weeks! Our seniors programs created fall crafts and celebrated Halloween, the Rotary Coats for Kids truck was in action, and we hosted our first Volleyball Tournament!



Thank you to all the individuals, businesses and community supporters for supporting last month's Harvesting Hope Campaign with cash donations and non-perishables! With their help, we were able to raise over $17,000 for the BNH Food Hubs!

The Burnaby Christmas Bureau provides Christmas cheer for people with low income and living in Burnaby through our Toy Room and Seniors Hamper Program.

Would you like learn to use email, create files and documents, use excel, search the Internet or practice typing and writing skills on a computer? Volunteer Computer Instructors are available to help community residents with their computer learning needs. We offer support in multiple languages.

Drop in to this in-person program at either the North House or South House. No registration required.

Stretching and Meditation

Fridays, 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM 

at The Amazing Brentwood



We are excited to announce this new class exploring holistic stretching and meditation techniques that combines motion and inaction to cultivate both the interior and exterior of the body. Much like Qi Gong, in this practice you will learn a set of exercises known for rejuvenating and energizing.

With minimal instruction, participants can easily follow along and gradually understand the movements.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a personal practice that led to fitness, flexibility, and internal peace that combines the physical benefits of exercise with the spiritual qualities of meditation, leading to full nourishment of both mind and body.
