Back in Arcata

After a long great trip east with family, I returned to the west coast this week. I will be back teaching my weekly classes. I also am planning some Nidra sessions and a series of Contact Improvisation workshops.



It is an exciting time for me as I begin a full time job with the Jacoby Creek School next week.



Time away from public teaching always fills me with perspective. I am eager to get back to the studios to share the tools and tradition that I love so much.

First Classes Back

Tomorrow Saturday 7/29

Hatha & Nidra 10:30-Noon Om Shala Yoga

I will teach this weekend and next and will probably miss 8/12

Monday 8/7

Hatha Yoga 6-7:30 p.m. at the Arcata Presbyterian Church

This class will resume in August, skipping this next Monday 7/31.
