Mental health benefits often go unused, survey finds


An Amwell survey of 1,500 US employees showed about 85% of respondents don't use the mental health benefits provided by their health plans partly because they're unaware of the benefits and don't know how to access them. More than half of employees want their health plans to offer digital mental health programs and online resources, according to the survey.
