This journey provides an opportunity for those interested in finding out about Christian Meditation, to experience the practice in a small group, to learn about its origins and to discover its relevance as a form of prayer for our contemporary world.

This year’s Lenten reflections are delivered by His Eminence Gérald Cyprien Cardinal Lacroix, Archbishop of Quebec and Primate of Canada, and the Most Reverend Brian Joseph Dunn, Archbishop of Halifax-Yarmouth. Every Monday throughout the Season of Lent, a video will be posted on the CCCB website in English and in French for the following Sunday’s eucharistic celebration. |
