| There is so much happening at BNH! North House hosted its Syria Community Dinner, community garden volunteers harvested more vegetables for our food programs, and last weekend we hosted our first 'Walk & Roll' walkathon. More than 100 walkers came out to support seniors health and we raised over $10,000! Thank you so much for all the walkers, volunteers, partner agencies, and corporate supporters who came out!

Would you like learn to use email, create files and documents, use excel, search the Internet or practice typing and writing skills on a computer? Volunteer Computer Instructors are available to help community residents with their computer learning needs. We offer support in multiple languages. Drop in to this in-person program at either the North House or South House. No registration required. You can use one of the Neighbourhood House devices or bring your own device. Qi Gong is a personal practice that led to fitness, flexibility, and internal peace that combines the physical benefits of exercise with the spiritual qualities of meditation, leading to full nourishment of both mind and body. There are many different types of Qi Gong practices, but most of them involve slow-moving exercises that reflect the qualities of nature. | BNH Food Hubsat both Houses We now have Food Hubs in South and North Burnaby. This includes coordination for food security issues for Burnaby residents who are experiencing food insecurity. Family Outreach Spportat both Houses Our Family Outreach Workers are always here for Burnaby families with children 0-12 years old. Our services phone check-ins, connections to local community resources and programs, grocery/food security for low-income families.
