Summer Travels

I love living and teaching in Arcata, but perhaps the hardest part of being here is that I love so many other people in other places. I will soon depart on an East coast tour. Upstate New York, my home state of Maryland, and South Carolina are all on the Itinerary. I plan to be gone well into July.



In my absence my weekly class at Om Shala on Saturdays will continue. It will be subbed by Shemaia and other Om Shala teachers. The teacher of the week will always be listed on the Om Shala Website.



My Monday evening class will be taking a pause for this duration.
