Want to help plan the 2023 Section G16 Conclave at Rogue Community College? Consider becoming a Conclave Vice Chief (CVC)!

The section is currently recruiting youth from all three lodges to serve as a CVC.

As a CVC, you will work with Arrowmen from around the section to help plan an amazing conclave. Each CVC works with an adviser and is responsible for leading a specific program committee for conclave.

CVCs must be under the age of 21 through September 10, 2023. Additionally, CVCs must attend conclave on September 8-10, 2023, any scheduled Council of Chiefs (COC) meetings, and must maintain close communication with their respective adviser, committee members, section officers, and other members of the COC.

Click below to fill out our CVC interest form and to find more information on available positions and responsibilities.

Get Involved: Join the Section Comms Team

One of the best ways to meet new people, learn new skills, make an impact, and serve the section is as a member of the section communications team.

The Section Comms Team is responsible for all aspects of the section's communications and technology, including social media, section website, The Section Scoop, conclave promotions, and support for section committees and the lodges.

As a member of the Section G16 Communications Team, Arrowmen have the opportunity to work with other Arrowmen from across the section, practice a variety of communication, marketing, and technology-based skills (or learn a new one!), play a vital role in the sharing the section and Order of the Arrow's message, and have fun along the way.

Click the button below to see a list of available positions and fill out the Comms Team interest form.
