YELP Review:

Fletcher's - Park City, UT

Read what Eric wrote about Fletcher's:

Nestled in the heart of downtown Park City, this restaurant has the ambiance and good food to earn a visit.

The servers and assistants are fantastic. They were all attentive, including our server, Juan, and did not try to rush us despite a line out the door and a 90-minute waitlist for those who did not make reservations.

The menu is interesting and has some dishes I'd recommend and others I would not. They boast on the menu they have the 'best' short rib grilled cheese sandwich in the state. I would agree, although it's the only short rib grilled cheese I've ever had. My wife had a baseball cut filet that she enjoyed.

As starters, try the blackened shishito peppers that they drizzle with a slightly spicy sweet and sour glaze and the heirloom tomato and avocado salad. We were less impressed with the cauliflower starter with an almost tasteless dipping sauce and the ginger broccolini side.

Overall, they get a solid 4+ which appears to be supported by many others who braved the 30-degree weather and waited a very long time for a table on a Thursday night."

Some of Lidia’s responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks such as organizing files, filing, and initiating requests for case related collision reports. Very much a team player, Lidia prioritized learning the tasks performed by her co-workers so she could assist others wherever and whenever needed. Says Lidia, “The best thing about my job is getting to work with such nice and professional people.” Lidia continues,

“We all get along and I love it!”

Lidia enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, writing, music, and dancing. She spends her time with her husband and 3 grown and flown children (2 boys and 1 girl), and her pet chihuahua. Lidia volunteers with the elderly, at CHOC Children's Hospital, and at the Mexican Consulate helping people complete their citizenship paperwork. She is active in her church as a catechist and a marriage counselor. Lidia is a welcome addition to Eric’s team.
