My desire for attending to detail has been a lifelong journey. Sometimes there is just not enough time for it. I admit that at times it has been my downfall. However, it has also shown me exciting paths that use my talent for what on the down-side is called perfectionism. (I nevertheless recommend Terner's and Pew's book, The Courage to be Imperfect.) If you are called to be an editor, having the gift for perusing details is an asset. I have been mentoring as Co-Editor and I am grateful to have found another Co-Editor! She will tell you a bit about herself in the next section.

My name is Shubhani Mittal and I am a skilled lawyer and dedicated Toastmaster. As the current Area Director of E44, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members to develop their public speaking and leadership skills. My background as a lawyer allows me to bring a unique perspective and approach to my role as a Toastmaster. And with my outgoing and fun-loving personality, I always aim to make meetings and events enjoyable for everyone.
