"He went once for all into the Holy Place [the Holy of Holies of heaven, into the presence of God], and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, having obtained and secured eternal redemption [that is, the salvation of all who personally believe in Him as Saviour]" Hebrews 9:12 (AMP)

Dear friends and Partners,

At the beginning of the year I took the opportunity to sign up to Hugh Osgood's School of Biblical Studies, meeting each month online for teaching. As we look through the scriptures chronologically, God's great redemptive plan comes alive as Jesus' life, death and resurrection is placed front and centre of the Bible. It always blows me away when I consider God's amazing love for us and how He always had a redemptive plan - JESUS! Wow, let us be encouraged and spurred on to share this Good News with those around us.

In April I visited Kenya and Uganda with Joe Shepherdson as part of a mission, holding a Pastors Conference and Fire Meetings. We saw Jesus moving mightily throughout our time there with over 300 recorded responses to the gospel. People were delivered of torment, miraculous healings, believers equipped to share the gospel, and some firm foundations were laid for building and growth in the future.

A particular miracle that amazed me was in Kitale, Kenya. We prayed for a lady who was in terrible pain with her broken her arm which was in a splint. After receiving prayer in Jesus' mighty name she removed her dressing, revealing wasted muscle and deterioration of her skin, however her pain was gone and she regained full movement to her arm. When she came to the conference the next morning she showed us what the Lord had done overnight - her muscles were now restored and her skin healed - Wow, the completion of her healing! Isn’t Jesus wonderful?!

A highlight of the trip was our visit to the widows and orphans at Nambale prayer and mission centre. It was such a privilege to share the gospel with them and many of the children responding to Jesus. I would like to thank Joe Shepherdson for inviting me to join him sharing Jesus in Africa and would like to thank the people who made all this possible with organising and hosting all the outreaches and conferences. Praise God for all He is doing in Africa.

We were back out onto the streets of Manchester in May and saw over 20 responses to Jesus. As we were setting up 2 Police Officers came over to see what was happening. The Lord gave me a boldness to share the Gospel and both officers responded and invited Jesus into their lives – amazing! It was such a blessing to minister alongside brothers and sisters in Christ from around the area, Halifax and the Glory Dancers were able to join us this time. As a father, it was an immense privilege to have my son Tim visiting with us and as he shared what God has done in his life, a gentleman responded and gave his life to Jesus, Praise God.

Next month we are launching a new initiative called ‘Go Impact’. As part of a Mission 24 wider initiative to release Evangelists, Go and Tell will be encouraging and equipping local evangelists who have a heart for Mission to step out and make an ‘impact’ with the Gospel as they serve their local church, workplaces and community, transforming lives through the love and power of Jesus Christ. It will also be a place where local evangelists will be able to grow in their calling and offer opportunities to be part of streetwork and missions.

Lucy and I have the privilege to join Darren Mitzi, National Director of Missionary Ventures GB, to travel to Madrid, Spain in June. It will be an exciting time of training and equipping the local church as well as going out onto the streets of the city and holding a park outreach.

We would like to thank everyone who has and continues to sow financially into the ministry of Go and Tell. It truly makes a difference as lives are being saved and transformed through the preaching of the gospel.  We would ask that you prayerfully consider standing with us in finance by giving a monthly or one off donation or becoming a Prayer Partner. Please contact us at [email protected] or use the details below to donate. Many thanks.
