Put the pens away. At least for the time being, there's no longer any need to reserve space for Sunday Mass. There's also no need to provide information for contact tracing. Just come to Mass!
One catch: the capacity of the church is still limited by the requirement for households to sit two meters apart. Thankfully no one has ever been turned away and the weather is still pleasant enough for participants to worship from outside. But, starting next weekend, space inside our church is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. So, come early.
The parish office is now open!
We're excited to open the parish office once again. For the time being, the office will be open: Tuesday's 2pm - 7pm & Thursday's 8:30am - 1:30pm. Of course, the office remains accessible by email and phone!
The Adoration Chapel opens on Monday!
Need a quiet place to pray? Come to the Adoration Chapel and spend time with Our Lord.
Beginning Monday, the chapel will be open every day 8am to 8pm.
Some conditions...
The chapel is cleaned regularly, but not sanitized after each use.
A maximum of two persons can use the chapel at one time.
Those in the chapel are to wear a face mask or covering.
For safety and security, a camera will be added to the chapel.
There is no bathroom access available from the chapel.
Votive candles are back!
To help with prayer, use of the votive candle racks is back. We welcome the lights of these candles as visible reminders of the many acts of thanksgiving and prayers we offer for ourselves and for those in need.

Jesus, Our Lord, we ask you to have mercy on all who are sick. Give them your strength and love and help them carry this cross with faith. May their sufferings be one with yours, overcome the power of evil and lead others to our Father in Heaven. Lord Jesus, hear our prayer, for you are Lord forever and ever. Amen.
Bring your family on Friday, July 30th at 9pm for a movie night in the church parking lot. Stay in your car or bring your own chair to enjoy. All are asked to wear a face mask while outside and to keep 2 meters from those outside their household. Snacks will be available for $1 each, but feel free to bring your own. The movie chosen will be an all-ages, family friendly surprise!

One way the youngest of our Church can add to our worship is by serving on the altar. For nearly a year and a half, our dedicated servers have taken a break for the pandemic, but that's all going to change soon. As they begin training to resume this ministry, any young people who have received their First Communion are invited to join our team of servers. All training is provided and the servers get the best seat in the church! Want to join our team? Let Fr. Craig know!
August 13th Prayer Service and Holy Hour honouring Blessed Fr. Michael McGivney
Come celebrate the beatification of Blessed Fr. Michael McGivney at a special prayer hour on Friday, August 13th following the 8:00am Mass. Built around the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary, the prayer hour features writings from recent popes and reflections on the life of Blessed Fr. Michael McGivney. The prayer hour is a way for the entire parish community to invoke the blessed founder of the Knights of Columbus and to be inspired by his life and legacy.

Amazing work is being done on campus at Trent University and Fleming College, to support the faith life of students involved with Peterborough Campus Ministry. We provide weekly Mass on Campus, adoration, prayer groups, host special events, and offer spiritual direction and faith discussion for students at both Trent and Fleming college.
Additionally, the Vocations Office works to encourage young men to consider a possible call to the priesthood.
On the weekend of July 31/August 1 the diocese will take a special collection supporting both Peterborough Campus Ministry and the Office of Vocations.
Supporting our parish
Regular offerings for our parish can be put in the offering box in the church or in the mail slot of the parish office.
