Tropp-Thompson, Esq. on the top tips on taking depositions for use at trial from the plaintiff attorney's perspective, the defense attorney's perspective, and the trial judge's perspective.

Eric's Sentimental Gratitude from Retiring Colleague

Connor has accomplished so much during the first 100 days as Mayor of the City of Buena Park. Says Connor, "I am proud that we have hosted multiple community-based vaccination clinics, and that, as of today, 42% of Buena Park adults are now vaccinated, including 73% of our seniors!"

Pamela Liosi-Traut has over 25 years of experience handling personal injury matters. Says Eric about Hazel Hill: "Needs some serious work. It's hard to destroy a pea soup, but they succeeded. Broth-like bland nightmare that wasn't helped at all with salt and pepper. Likewise, the play-dough-like gnocchi was a disaster. Very little taste, bland cream-like sauce, and draped with an odd and similarly tasteless vegetable medley. The only positives were the ambiance, breakfast, and the duck if you are inclined to eat cute feathery animals."
Gloria has been a team member of the Traut Firm for two years. During her 3rd year at UCI, she began working part-time with the firm as a File Clerk. Upon graduating, Gloria began to shadow Eric at trial and depositions and soon became a full-time legal assistant. She is responsible for keeping the firm’s paper and electronic files organized. She also contacts clients to obtain treatment updates, orders police reports and summarizes depositions. Gloria’s computer skills have helped bring Traut Firm into the 21st century.
