| SEFI General Assembly 2020 |
24 September 2020, 14:30-16:30 - Zoom organised by the Twente University. In order to participate in the General Assembly it is obligatory to have your annual membership fee paid and to register by 20 September 12 PM (noon). The elections of a Vice President and seven members of the Board of Directors will take place online via the Election Runner app between 23 Sept. 12 AM (noon) and 24 Sept. 12 AM (noon) CEST.

This SEFI seminar aims to explore how traditional methods employed in engineering ethics education can be adapted online and also how online teaching can transform the scope and goals set for engineering ethics instruction.

| Due to the current crisis in context with COVID-19, many institutions around the globe make first-hand experiences with online education and online experimentation just now. This situation is a tremendous challenge for all of us. However, it is also a chance for innovation and research. The new deadline is 31 October 2020. Submissions received before that date will enter the review process accordingly. |

| On 31 August 2020, the project center unit of Supmeca (Paris, F) organised a morning conference (in French) on “Supmeca Engineering School – Entreprises: Which competences to answer the entreprises’ needs of today and tomorrow”. This activity took place in the context of our “Education, Business and Community Cooperation Model for a Creative Engineering Education – EBCC”- project (ERASMUS + Strategic partnership, coordinated by the Riga University of Technology.)
